Connect to your boss
At very first stage tries to connect with your boss. The problem is that we convey so much to our boss without connecting to him. Due to which we do not understand us. So firstly connect your boss then convey your concern and then definitely he will convince you. If you try to convinces without connecting to him then you will never succeed to convince them.
Understand their Concern
Now the question arises how to connect with bosses? The simple solution to this problem is to understand their needs, interests, and concern too. You realize that their concerns, interests, and needs are only related to the company’s empowerment and you also work for the enhancement and the growth of the company. So at this mutual point, you can easily connect with your boss easily and understand their concern too.
Be a good Listener
Tries to be a good listener in front of your boss. Generally, the employee does not listen to their bosses. Do not acknowledge them or even sometime employee does not understand their vision. Do not interrupt them while they are briefing you. If you have any doubts or queries then ask them in the last. And do not forget to acknowledge them.
Give more than expected
Generally, employees told that they are giving their 100% for the organization but still their bosses do not satisfy with them. Try to give some extra i.e. 105% more than expected by your boss. This extra 5% will put you separate from the crowd. And you will get the return of it as well in terms of higher increments, perks, foreign trips etc. which you get by your boss recommendation.
Potential will never equal to the salary
Remember that you are the employee having trillion dollars values and potential. Nobody in this world will pay up to your potential. The company will only give you the smallest chunk of your efforts and potential. So never ever compare that you do not get a salary equal to your efforts.
