For e.g. if you want to reach somewhere on time then is instead of thinking that “I will not reach late there.” try to think “I will be there on time.”
In this whole world, everything or objects are having some frequencies, whenever we think about any object than our mind also transmit the frequency and attract that particular object. So if your thoughts are positive and good then you will achieve well. Now people complain why it does not work for them? So start thinking what do you want in your life instead what you do not want?

Now think that you already have them in your life and feel that you are enjoying them.
Now if you are in skeptical and do not think that it is not scientifically proven then just rethink and ask yourself is it bad to think positive, have good feelings in your life? It will not go to harm you in any sense and as your thought process become positive you will get benefits from it.
