If you are taking a morning meal or taking a bath in the day, then you can take a bath with cold water. The temperature of your body gets slightly reduced by bathing with cold water. So that when you get out of the house, it comes normally.
But if you are going to take a bath at night then you should take a bath with a lukewarm water. This increases the temperature of your body slightly and when you relax in a fan or cooler it comes to normal. It also gives you good sleep.
Apart from this, you should take a bath daily, especially during the summer season. With this, the pores that stop in your body from the sweat or dirt are opened after bathing.
In addition, do not leave the children in water for too long. The skin of the children is very soft so take them out quickly from water and bring them out. Simultaneously avoiding bathing of small children in the night.
