Few people think that diet should not include fat. But today we are going to tell you 75% of fat’s rich Keto Diet. And believe it, your weight will control rapidly. If you have any problems with Keto Diet, then you can consult with your Doctor.

For this diet, you need to consume around 1200 calories i.e. 75% of fat. For breakfast, you take 1 scoop of protein powder with 30 ml extra virgin coconut or olive oil. Apart from this, you will also add 200gm cheese. You can also fry it in desi ghee or butter. Divide it into two miles. Apart from this, you eat Salad as much as you can. You take cucumber etc. as per your taste. You may also use lemon and salt.

Keep in mind that you do not have to eat more at one time. Instead of taking a small diet when you feel hunger. If you have dizziness then you drink lemonade.
