Why would we put Garlic under the pillow?

Putting a Garlic clove under the pillow is an old family secret which has been used to improve sleep for generations. It is a superstition as well as scientifically proven technique to improve your sleeping experience.

Milk: 1 Glass
Garlic Clove: 1 (Crushed)
Honey: 1 teaspoon

Boiled the milk along with garlic clove for 3 minutes, then put it in a glass and add honey into it. Then drink it before 30 minutes going to bed.
